Godfrey Miller was a math student in 1800. From the description of Exercise book, 1800. (Winterthur Library). WorldCat record id: 122503813 G. C. Miller, 1893-1964, artist, was born in New Zealand and began his career as an architect. After fighting in World War I he travelled widely, and in 1929 began to study art at the Slade School in London.
